He has professional media training and significant live to air experience and numerous professional speaking engagements.
He is a qualified health emergency planner (Silver) with strong experience having been deputy lead for NHS Bedfordshire's response during the 2009 pandemic flu outbreak.
Craig is the social prescribing and physical activity spokesperson for the College of Medicine.
His personal interest is in evolutionary physiology and how our distance from the natural world underpins many of today's diseases.
Krysia is a fully qualified and highly experienced beauty and holistic therapist, having originally studied a three year college programme.
Krysia has previously worked at a number of prestigious salons including Ragdale Hall. Krysia set up and managed a successful salon within a large professional compound in the Middle East, traveling to Asia to recruit international staff whom she supported with professional development and additional training.
Krysia presently runs her own small salon as well as supporting this business.
Rachel has a MSc in Environmental Management through which she has gained the knowledge necessary to advise on the management of habitats and protected areas across the UK. Since completing her MSc in 2011 she has gained extensive experience developing and delivering environmental conservation projects, as well as green health initiatives with a focus on improving mental health both within the community and based on hospital grounds.
